Step 2: Precision Glass Cutting & Preparation
Once your design is approved, we move into production.
Each glass panel is precision-cut to exact measurements using high-quality float glass for crystal-clear viewing and exceptional strength.
We hand-polish every edge for a seamless, modern look.
Step 3: Silicone Application & Sealing
This is where craftsmanship truly shines.
Our technicians apply aquarium-grade silicone in either clear or black creating perfectly straight seams that are both clean and watertight.
Every seam is done by hand, not machine, ensuring the tank’s integrity and appearance meet our professional standards.
Step 4: Leak Testing & Quality Control
Before any aquarium leaves our shop, it undergoes a full leak test and inspection.
We fill each tank and leave it to sit for 24 hours to confirm there are no imperfections or weaknesses.
Only after passing this test does your aquarium move to final finishing and packaging.
Step 5: Finishing Touches & Delivery
From polished glass to optional lids or filtration cutouts, each build is finalized according to your setup.
We offer Calgary pickup and flat-rate local delivery, with shipping options available across Canada for larger builds.
